1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not already been shipped or processed. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at +91 8961023169. We will confirm the cancellation and issue refund accordingly.

2. Returns

We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to receive return authorization. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 4-5 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (for cash on delivery, we will ask for your bank details). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning the item unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
